Level 1 is for those who have already shortlisted a potential candidate and want to cross-check their strengths and challenges and obtain a clear understanding of not only what they will be bringing to the team but also how to best manage and communicate with them.

The first step is we find out from you what you would like to learn about the candidate and any concerns you may have so we can tailor the debrief to undercover anything that may not have come out in your interview with them. We do this via an online form. This is also where you provide us with their details so we can step into the process and contact them to arrange the undertaking of their assessment.

On completion of their assessment, we forward the results to the candidate and book them in for a 30-minute recorded interview and debrief where we dig deep to validate the results. We then forward you the candidates profile and provide you with a 20-minute call to brief you on any areas of concern. We also offer guidance on how to best manage them and on how to onboard and integrate them into the team.

Level 2

This solution is ideal for those that are about to start the recruiting process and who dread the idea of trying to write a good ad and don’t want to have to wade through hundreds of applications from unsuitable candidates.  It incorporates all of Level 1 with the addition of a copy-writing service.

To write the ad we will get you to complete our online “Ideal Candidate” form where we find out the major functions and other key requirements for the role.  Once we have this information we will set up a call to assess, advise and identify the best Contribution Compass Profile for the position you are wanting to fill.

Then our team will produce an ad that will use dialogue that has no appeal to the non-desired profile type, so they are less likely to apply for the position.  This results in a smaller pool of applicants saving valuable time vetting CV’s and interviewing unsuitable candidates.

What’s included:

  • Completion of our online “Ideal Candidate” form
  • 20-Minute telephone call with you to assess, advise and identify the profile type of the targeted candidate
  • Production of the advertising copy by the Team Fusion team to be forwarded to you for placement on your preferred recruiting platform

Level 3

Many Business Leaders and Managers prefer to profile the final two candidates of a recruitment process in preference to putting all their eggs in the one basket and profiling only the final one, which makes sense and offers several advantages.  Firstly, the profiling and debrief will highlight not only a candidate’s strengths but also their challenges.  The two-candidate approach provides the opportunity to do a straight comparison which is supported by third party advice from Team Fusion.  It also negates the lost time and money incurred if you have to restart the entire recruiting process when the solo candidate phones to say that they have accepted a position elsewhere.

Level 3 is the most comprehensive recruiting process available as it combines all the checks and balances of Level 1 and 2 and then adds a multiplier of two.  This gives greater peace of mind, increases your chances of recruiting the absolute best candidate and offers the insurance of a ‘Plan B’ if the original candidate withdraws.
