Gaelene is also a personality profiling expert. As a Contribution Compass profiling partner with Contribution Compass, Gaelene has been fascinated by personality profiling for more than 30 years. This led her to complete extensive training in several personality profiling tools. The Contribution Compass suite of products is woven throughout Team Fusion’s services.

Gaelene is a past-Mentor in the Business North Harbour Leadership Mentoring Programme, and a past-Mentor with the University of Auckland School of Business Women’s Mentoring Programme. Gaelene was also the Team Performance Coach to Squirrel Mortgages in 2016/2017, when they were awarded No.1 Mortgage Broker Branch and No.1 Mortgage Broker of the year in New Zealand.

In addition, Gaelene has created a High Performance Accountability Infrastructure which interweaves traditional business practices and team flow. Peter has over 30 years of people management experience, ranging from supervisory right through to senior management and board level of large manufacturing, mining, FMCG and Immigration businesses.

His innovative nature has lead him to develop and Trademark “The OAR Principle” which is a change management tool used to guide and build strong and resilient teams. This methodology has been the foundation of his success in turning poor performing teams into highly successful teams through instilling Ownership, Accountability and Responsibility (OAR) in the teams.

Throughout the years of turning businesses around and managing large and complex processes, Peter has developed his passion for helping people and businesses to succeed by hiring the right people for the job at hand by using the STAR technique to get to the core experience a person has, and to identify if the team and culture fit are right for each other.

From having a tumultuous immigration journey himself since 2016, Peter has through his experiences developed the empathy for training material, systems, processes and procedures to help migrants / job seekers make the journey a far more pleasant one to say the least. The high success rate of candidates obtaining job offers after COVID attest to the success of the training provided. The relocation assistance and sound advice has made the journey far less stressful for migrants. This educational foundation equips her with a nuanced understanding of global dynamics, which she skillfully applies in her role.

Wyona’s professional journey has been enriched by diverse experiences. Prior to her current role, she worked in both a bank and a law firm, where she honed her organisational skills and attention to detail. Her previous positions equipped her with the ability to handle high-pressure environments, a quality that she now brings to her role as a Project Manager.

In her personal life, Wyona is a devoted wife and mother, residing with her husband and their delightful three-year-old son in the vibrant city of Davao. This dual role, both as a professional and a parent, showcases her remarkable multitasking abilities and capacity to manage responsibilities with grace and precision.

Outside of her professional and family commitments, Wyona finds solace and pleasure in various pursuits. As a Content Writer, she demonstrates her knack for crafting engaging and informative pieces across various industries. 

In her role as an Executive Assistant, Charli’s meticulous calendar management, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving skills stand out.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Charli is a dedicated single mother, residing in the serene Southern Leyte. Her unwavering commitment to her 4-year-old son is a testament to her nurturing nature and strong sense of responsibility.

Hi, my name is Jessie.

I’ve been with Team Fusion for more than 3 years. My primary responsible is to demonstrate Team Fusion’s Inspired, Empowered and Engaged team culture philosophy.

My superpower is being the most enthusiastic welcomer for everyone who visits our Team Fusion home office. While I wish I could have more opportunities to bond with clients in their work places, I love being on hand to bring joy to you via zoom, and I happily protect the office when my team members are away.

Although my CV lacks business experience, I do understand about flow. I have a hidden talent of reading how fast a river is flowing and can swim in a straight line to intercept a ball every time.

My hobbies include eating, fetching a ball all day, destroying a bone in minutes and harvesting raspberries. I love long walks on the beach and the bush, eating, being with humans, eating and generally being friendly to anyone 2 or 4 legged people I meet. Did someone mention food?
